“Kibbeh Bil Sanieh"

finely ground lean lamb meat combined with fine bulgur, layered with ground beef sautéed with seven-spices, onions and pinenuts*, and baked to a beautiful golden brown - 15

A tender white fish, baked in a creamy, tahini-lemon sauce, with lots of garlic and green chiles - 29
