Parcel pies, popular throughout the Middle East, filled with spinach combined with onions and seasoned with sumac, paprika and cayenne, and baked to a beautiful golden brown

A tender white fish, baked in a creamy, tahini-lemon sauce, with lots of green chiles, cilantro, and garlic

“Khuruf Mahshi”
Traditional throughout all the Arab countries, this slowly roasted lamb is served on Oriental rice, with nuts and a side of yogurt
DESSERT
“Kanafeh”
A traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with shredded phyllo pastry soaked in syrup and layered with cheese and nuts
