 Raw ground filet mignon**, seasoned with capers, shallots, white truffle oil, topped with shaved Parmigiano and Arugula salad

Classic French sole fish filet, dusted in flour, pan fried in butter, topped with a nutty and sweet almond brown butter sauce

Traditional French “Magret” duck breast, seared, then braised in a tangy sweet and sour orange-demi sauce, served with mashed potatoes and French beans
