give memory meaning
Whatever your faith, or lack thereof,
consider marking the times we are living in today
with a Passover-like ritual dinner
April 15th to 23rd, 2022
Book a table at DÉJÀ BLUE with people you care about. Read poems, short passages, the names of those who’ve passed away, ask and answer questions about the year we survived, and sing songs and eat foods that brings back memories and create comfort.
This won’t make you Jewish, any more than sitting in a Zen garden for an hour will make you buddhist, but the pain, the triumphs, and the lessons from the daily events we are witnessing and the challenges endured by humanity today and in the past years, are too important to be forgotten..
