Purchase policy:

Prices may change while supplies last. You must be at least 18 years of age, to purchase tickets. If you are 13 or older, you may purchase under the supervisions of a parent or legal guardian, however, if you are under 13, please do not provide us with any information about yourself. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges.


Personal data:

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, or a third party - if you are purchasing on behalf of a third party. You also agree to update your registered data, if it changes.


Ticket transfers:

Dress code:

MASQUERADE IS A COSTUME PARTY, you should dress to impress…

All guests are invited to get creative, showing off the most impressive venetian-carnival-style costume. Please wear “who’s who” masks to enforce a veil of mystery and sophistication to our New Year’s Eve Party.

Alternatively, a soirée attire, upscale and chic, is encouraged.

Please note that we will deny entry to guests wearing beachwear, athletic jerseys, and athletic shorts, as well as sleeveless shirts or flip flops.


Food & Beverage:

Both “early–5pm” and “late-9pm” seating of our New Year’s event includes a Gourmet offering of food and lavish drinks, however, each seating has different standards: the 4pm early seating offers a table service 4 courses gourmet menu and unlimited bubbly bar (sparkling wine only – not an open bar), while the 9pm late seating offers an array of culinary stations with various specialties from around the world, and an open bar package that includes wine, beer, cocktails and spirits. Additional individual bottles not included in our offer (wine or spirit) may be purchased at the venue the day of the event.


Sound intensity:

You understand that you will be attending a themed event and acknowledge that the sound around the dance floor will be intense.  



Venue to open promptly at 4pm for early seating (last seating at 6:30pm) and reopen at 9pm sharp for late seating (unlimited).

Early seating guests will be required to leave the premises of the restaurant by 8pm or be charged for the late seating occupancy.

The City of Parkland requires all NYE activities to be ended by 2am.

Abundant parking space is available for both venues around the restaurant, and the surrounding areas, in the shopping center. 


What if it rains:

This is a "rain or shine" event. In case of heavy rain, the event will still be performed with some minor modifications to the program; all guaranteed services will be provided.


Release and Waiver of Liability: 

This release and waiver of liability agreement (“release”) is made between K.O.D. INVESTMENTS LLC d/b/a/ DÉJÀ BLUE (“Déjà Blue”) and (“Patron”) in consideration for the opportunity to visit, dine, drink and/or dance at Déjà Blue. 

The patron desires to visit, dine, drink, dance and engage in festive activities at Déjà Blue, (the “activities”).  Patron understands that this agreement covers all activities at Déjà Blue. The patron hereby freely executes this release under the following terms:

Release and waiver: Patron, on behalf of himself/herself, his/her spouse, family, heirs, beneficiaries and personal representatives, agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities of participating in the activities and does hereby release, waive, forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Déjà Blue, its officers, directors, members, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, insurers, predecessors, related entities, successors in interest and assigns (“releasees”), from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, judgments for any and all damages, of whatever kind or nature,  costs and expenses of any nature, that patron may have or that may hereafter accrue to patron, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by patron,  or any property belonging to patron, whether caused by patron’s actions or negligence or the actions or negligence  or gross negligence of releasees or third parties.  Patron agrees to indemnify and hold releasees harmless from and against all claims asserted against any of the releasees by any person or entity based upon patron’s participation in the activities. 

Assumption of the risk: Patron hereby expressly assumes the risk of injury or harm in the activities and releases releasees from all liability resulting from the activities. Patron elects to voluntarily participate in the activities and to enter Déjà Blue’s premises and engage in such activities knowing that certain risk of harm is or may be inherent in the various activities and that the activities may be hazardous to patron and patron’s property. Patron voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by patron as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by patron or releasees or otherwise.

Patron agrees that this release shall bind the members of patron’s family and spouse if patron is alive and patron’s heirs, personal representatives, executors and assigns if patron is deceased and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the above named releasees. 

Patron further agrees that this release shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Patron agrees that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the state of Florida, and if any portion of this release is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.


By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing release, understand it and accept it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing release, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent and I execute the release for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.  I understand this is a full and complete release of all claims against Déjà Blue and it is my intention to waive and release all such claims.  


I understand that the purchase of this ticket includes an open bar package and I declare that I will drink responsibly. 


I understand that arriving at the event already intoxicated by previous use of alcoholic drinks and/or drugs, could entitle Déjà Blue management to deny entrance to me and/or to other members under the same ticket number.


I understand that Déjà Blue is a qualified responsible vendor of alcoholic beverages and, as such, its MANAGEMENT MAY REFUSE TO SERVE ALCOHOL to me and/or to other members under the same ticket number, should they determine that we appear to be intoxicated.
