TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchase policy:
Prices may change while supplies last. You must be at least 18 years of age, to purchase tickets.
If you are 13 or older, you may purchase under the supervisions of a parent or legal guardian, however, if you are under 13, please do not provide us with any information about yourself. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges.
Personal data:
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, or a third party - if you are purchasing on behalf of a third party. You also agree to update your registered data, if it changes.
Ticket transfers:
If you wish to transfer your purchased tickets to a different name, please contact us no later than 24 hours prior the start of the event to arrange for ticket transfer:

Dress code:
Soirée attire, upscale chic, encouraged. Please avoid beachwear, athletic jerseys, and athletic shorts, as well as sleeveless shirts or flip flops.
Sound intensity:
You understand that you will be attending a musical event that will recreate the atmosphere of a Lyric Theatre and acknowledge that the sound around the you will be intense.
Hours:
Entrance allowed starting 6pm for seating. Show will start promptly at 7pm and will last approximately 2 hours including an entre-act of 20 minutes.
Location:
The concert will be performed in our beautiful outdoor lounge overlooking the restaurant lake.
Déjà Blue is located in the “Parkland Commons Shopping Center“ at the corner of University Drive and Trails End. Our address is: 7805 N UNIVERSITY DR, PARKLAND, FL 33067
Parking:
Abundant parking space is available at the restaurant and the surrounding areas, in the shopping center.
What if it rains:
This is a "rain or shine" event. Our outdoor Lounge in totally waterproof, however, in case of heavy rain, the event will still be performed with some minor modifications to the program; all guaranteed services will be provided.
Release and Waiver of Liability:
This release and waiver of liability agreement (“release”) is made between K.O.D. INVESTMENTS LLC d/b/a/ DÉJÀ BLUE (“Déjà Blue”) and (“Patron”) in consideration for the opportunity to visit and drink at Déjà Blue.
The patron desires to visit, attend the event, drink, and engage in social activities at Déjà Blue, (the “activities”). Patron understands that this agreement covers all activities at Déjà Blue. The patron hereby freely executes this release under the following terms:
Release and waiver: Patron, on behalf of himself/herself, his/her spouse, family, heirs, beneficiaries and personal representatives, agrees to assume all risks and responsibilities of participating in the activities and does hereby release, waive, forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Déjà Blue, its officers, directors, members, agents, representatives, employees, volunteers, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, insurers, predecessors, related entities, successors in interest and assigns (“releasees”), from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, judgments for any and all damages, of whatever kind or nature, costs and expenses of any nature, that patron may have or that may hereafter accrue to patron, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by patron, or any property belonging to patron, whether caused by patron’s actions or negligence or the actions or negligence or gross negligence of releasees or third parties. Patron agrees to indemnify and hold releasees harmless from and against all claims asserted against any of the releasees by any person or entity based upon patron’s participation in the activities.
Assumption of the risk: Patron hereby expressly assumes the risk of injury or harm in the activities and releases releasees from all liability resulting from the activities. Patron elects to voluntarily participate in the activities and to enter Déjà Blue’s premises and engage in such activities knowing that certain risk of harm is or may be inherent in the various activities and that the activities may be hazardous to patron and patron’s property. Patron voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by patron as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by patron or releasees or otherwise.
Patron agrees that this release shall bind the members of patron’s family and spouse if patron is alive and patron’s heirs, personal representatives, executors and assigns if patron is deceased and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the above named releasees.
Patron further agrees that this release shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Patron agrees that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the state of Florida, and if any portion of this release is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
By purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the foregoing release, understand it and accept it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing release, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent and I execute the release for full, adequate, and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same. I understand this is a full and complete release of all claims against Déjà Blue and it is my intention to waive and release all such claims.
I understand that the purchase of this ticket includes the possibility of consuming one drink and I declare that I will drink responsibly.
I understand that arriving at the event already intoxicated by previous use of alcoholic drinks and/or drugs, could entitle Déjà Blue management to deny entrance to me and/or to other members under the same ticket number.
I understand that Déjà Blue is a qualified responsible vendor of alcoholic beverages and, as such, its management may refuse to serve alcohol to me and/or to other members under the same ticket number, should they determine that we appear to be intoxicated.
I understand that all sales are final, and no refunds will be allowed.
