The most Classic Thanksgiving ever! We'll provide everything you need for an easy, elegant, holiday feast – from our Grand-Medley appetizer, to a ready-to-heat, oven-roasted turkey with our classic sage stuffing and turkey gravy to go on the side. For accompanying dishes, we've included, one starch, one vegetable, a garnish and one choice of bread. To end, a gourmet dessert will add a classic touch to your celebration.

APPETIZER

Appetizers are delivered fully cooked and will be refrigerated - Instructions on how to re-heat will be provided.

 

The Grand Blue

A Grand-Medley platter of our most popular Tapas and Appetizers!

• Homemade Hummus, 

• Falafels, 

• Sicilian Eggplant “Caponata”, 

• Mini-Meatballs with our Tomato sauce and Ricotta. 

​All served with abundant Pita, grilled Ciabatta, Tahini and Crudités. Several bowls and trays to accommodate 6 guests

 

ENTRÉES

Entrée will be delivered refrigerated but pre-cooked at 90% to allow you to reach the perfect temperature when finishing cooking. Instructions on how to reheat will be provided. Sides, stuffing and sauces are delivered fully cooked and will be refrigerated - Instructions on how to reheat will be provided.

 

Her Majesty the Turkey Roast 

Oven-roasted - Ready-to-heat, Free Range Whole Turkey.

These all-natural turkeys roam freely and are raised using humane,

all-natural methods. Extraordinarily juicy, flavorful and ready to heat.

Approx. 6-10 lb. - serves 6 guests

STUFFING

Buttery Corn and Sage Stuffing 

A savory combination of corn kernel, abundant fried sage, celery and onion chunks, mixed with multi-grain bread, brown butter and Italian seasoning spices (one tray serves 6).

 

SAUCE

Classic Turkey Gravy

Velvety-smooth turkey gravy enriched with rich, creamy butter.

 

SIDES

Delivered fully cooked, refrigerated - Instructions on how to prepare will be provided.

Candied Sweet Potatos

Coated in a buttery, sugary, spiced glaze, and baked until beautifully caramelized.

Sautéed Brussels sprouts

Fresh crunchy Brussels sprouts, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, with golden garlic and hot chili peppers.

Baked Apples

Carved, filled with spiced cranberry chutney, a pinch of sugar and a dash of fragrant black pepper for savory-sweet flavor. 

One piece for each guest (6 pcs).

 

DESSERT

Dessert will be delivered fully cooked, refrigerated - Instructions on how to prepare will be provided.

Apple Strudel

Very thin sheets of pastry dough, wrapped around a filling of spiced caramel apples and raisins, baked, and topped with French vanilla ice cream. Ready-to-heat.

French Vanilla ice-cream and caramelized pecans delivered separately to be served on the side.

 

BREAD

Bread will be delivered pre-cooked, refrigerated - Instructions on how to prepare will be provided.
